Massacre are proud to welcome German true metal kings STORMWARRIOR to the label. Being one of Germany's most upcoming metal bands the quartet has signed a long-term contract and already started with the works on their upcoming 4th album (working title is Heathen Warrior). The new album will be in stores end of this year as limited Digipak with bonus material, CD and numbered gatefold vinyl editions. Mix and mastering will be done by Tommy Hansen same as for their successor "Heading Northe". Also the artworks will be again in the hands of Uwe Karczewski. Metalheads can expect another combinationof explosive guitar works, catchy hooks but also some new toppings to the "typical STORMWARRIOR sound"!

Classic US horror metal band IMPALER established in 1983. Signed with Combat Records in 1984 and released "Rise Of The Mutants" (1985) and "If We Had Brains We'd Be Dangerous" (1986) prompting national attention with their raw brand of shock rock and capturing headlines when the Washington Wives fronted by Tipper Gore used Impaler as an example of the wicked influence rock music had on our nations youth. Sizable record sales amassed in the wake of the controversy and Impaler continues to release cds and dvds through some of the nations top independent record companies.

Early demos compilation on 3CD digipack album plus 20 pages booklet. lots of old pix and interview with original member. This album collects all the IMPALER demos from 1983 to 1992, along with most of the covers they have performed in the early years of their existence. There are also 2 full live sets and some unreleased songs that have never ended up in their studio albums. Finally, on Disc Three you'll find the FEAR NO EVIL demo, the band that originated IMPALER, with the original version of "Vicious Dream". A highlight of the season is coming!

Eighteen months in the making, some of the most beautiful voices in the scene, a massive production, one hell of an album, two videoclips and one documentary… The Kiske-Somerville collaboration album has all the trademarks of a real event for the Rock fans in 2010, and the release on September 24th in Europe and October 12th in the USA mark some dates that should be noted in every fan agendas.

The collaboration between vocalist Michael Kiske (Helloween, Place Vendome) and American singer Amanda Somerville was born as a concept put together thanks to the input of Frontiers Records President Serafino Perugino. “I did a duet with a female singer on 'Breathing Water' by Indigo Dying”, explains Michael Kiske. “It was so nice that he offered me a chance to make an album of all duet songs with a famous female singer."

Dornenreich issue the following news concerning their upcoming album "Flammentriebe": "In a few days we will enter Markus Stock's Studio E to start the recordings for our new album 'Flammentriebe'. We will stay busy with the elaboration of this very album until the end of the year. 'Flammentriebe' will contain eight songs which will combine a dramatic black metal fundament with fiercely flaming violins and voices in a unique way. Multifaceted, passionate and way more grasping than ever before we will express our vision of existential and authentic black metal in the fifteenth year of our existence as Dornenreich. However, 'Flammentriebe' might be the last album that we will build on a metal instrumentation ..."

BLIND GUARDIAN are back! The legends created an impressive record called “At The Edge Of Time”. Hansi Kürsch (vocals), André Olbrich (guitar), Marcus Siepen (guitar) and Frederik Ehmke (drums & percussions) prove with their new longplayer that they have been and still are among the Melodic/Prog-protagonists in harder music.

The quartet, which is driven by drummer Frederik Ehmke since 2005, lives for the fantasy-metier. But not only in music the band is successful. 2008 they exclusively composed a song for the the computer game “Sacred 2: Fallen Angel” which was performed in the game on stage by the band programmed as animated characters. For the music in the same called radio play the band got the price for the best music.

But there’s another strike coming up. “At The Edge Of Time” is the title of the new masterpiece and once again the focus is on bright and clear sounding orchestral compositions, that almost don’t need synthetic sounds.

Former THE STORM singer Kevin Chalfant returns at the helm of TWO FIRES with the band’s third studio album entitled “Burning Bright” to be released in Europe and Asia on Frontiers Records on September 24th.

TWO FIRES debut album in 2000 was hailed as one of the Melodic Rock highlights of that year, showcasing the return of 2 very well known faces in the Melodic Rock world: singer Kevin Chalfant and guitarist Josh Ramos, both from THE STORM, a band which also featured former Journey members Ross Valory, keyboardist Gregg Rolie and drummer Steve Smith. THE STORM are considered one of the best expressions of Melodic Rock in the 90’s, thanks to 2 outstanding releases, the Self-titled debut album (which sported the US Top 20 hit “I’ve Got a Lot to Learn About Love”) on Interscope and the follow-up “Eye of the Storm” on MFN.

The Two Fires concept came about when Frontiers Records President, Serafino Perugino asked Chalfant if he wanted to put up a new band which could fill the hole left in the fans' hearts by Steve Perry's demise from Journey, and he willingly accepted this new challenge in his career. That is why he teamed up with former bandmate in The Storm, Josh Ramos, on guitar and with the cooperation of worldwide known players such as Kenny Aronoff (Jon Bon Jovi, John Cougar) on drums, Willie Weeks on bass, Jim Peterik (Survivor, Pride of Lions) on keyboards created the Two Fires debut album. Produced by Kevin himself together with his old mate George Tutko (XYZ, Alias), “Two Fires” was pure, unadulterated, AOR bliss: a massive masterpiece that re-launched this musical style in the new millennium.

Making a claim of performing a countless number of shows, while on face value may seem noteworthy, does not necessarily speak to the impact a band is able to make while on the road. Seemingly, since the beginning of rock and roll a band could pack themselves in a van and stay out there as long as their heart and soul could endure countless trucks stops and sub par accommodations. So when it is noted that the band CONDITIONS have played over 200 shows it is certainly a testament to their commitment. Perhaps more impressive though, is the tangible payoff and direct impact this band has been making worldwide while grinding it out show after show.

Július 28-án a Fuckyourprideshows illetve egy pár színtér arc szervezésében egy remek mini fesztnek lehettek majd szem és fültanúi, ha ellátogattok a ROHAM Kávézó klubjába.

Eddig nem köthettétek egybe a helyet a hardcore/punk bulikkal, de idén nyártól egyre több koncertet tekinthettek meg. Ezen az estén olyan zenekarokat nézhettek meg, mint a FREDAG DEN 13:E, akik Svédországból származnak, s a két nagylemezzel illetve egy splittel rendelkező zenekar sötét dbeat crustot játszik, amit lehengerlő előadásmód jellemez.

A grinder fanok is örülhetnek, hiszen Spanyolországból a DISTURBANCE PROJECT old school grindcore zenekarát kísérhetik figyelemmel. A régi Napalm, Fear of God, Rot, Crippled bastards vonalon mozgó zenekar új split lemeze (a Rottal) is arról tanúskodik, hogy remek úton haladnak.

Szintén mediterrán vidékről érkezik a görög RUINED FAMILIES, akik a káoszt vegyítik a black metallal és a punkkal:), s a végeredmény egy kaotikus elszállás! A "Four wall freedom" c. új lemezük is azt az életérzést sugallja, hogy csak a 4 fal között vagyunk szabadok...

Keddre megduplázódik Tokaj lakossága. Már délelőtt közel ezer hegyaljás táborozott a tokaji Tisza kempingben. A gyakorlott Hegyaljára járók ugyanis tudják, hogy a kedvenc fájuk alatti sátorhely elfoglalásához érdemes időben érkezni. Az elő-hegyaljázóknak nem csak árnyékos sátorhely jut, de aki időben érkezik, a hosszú sorban állást is elkerülheti. Már ma kinyit a jegypénztár Tokajban a fesztivál bejáratánál, és épülnek a színpadok is.

A tokaji bemelegítéshez keddre is remek időt jósolnak a meteorológusok, 31 fokos maximum hőmérséklettel. A kánikula túléléséhez a tiszai strandolást, és a borospincék hűvösét ajánljuk, persze, nem csak a fesztivál előtti két napra. A szervezők is készülnek a nagy melegre, ugyanis július 14. és 18 között, a fesztivál idejére is ezt ígéri az előrejelzés. A kánikulában folyamatosan locsolják majd a területet, és persze sör is, tokaji bor is, fröccs is, víz is lesz bőven a közel kétszáz koncert mellé.

Az elő-hegyaljázók mellett már a szervezők is helyszínen vannak. Hétfőtől gőzerővel épülnek a színpadok, a beléptető rendszer, így aki idejében érkezik, a jó sátorhely megszerzése mellett az első sorból nézheti, hogyan épül a Hegyalja Fesztivál.
